Resilience: Effective Emotional Regulation
About
Resilient people use their right brain more while making decisions. They are aware that they can persevere through challenging situations even if they arise.
The capacity to control one's emotions in the face of stress is a sign of resilience. This is not to say that those who are resilient don't feel intense emotions like fear, grief, or rage. It indicates that they understand those emotions are transitory and can be handled till they pass.
