The new reality brought for leaders many challenges translated into more pressure and stress, brought the need to adapt fast to new situations, to manage uncertainty, to keep the employees’ engagement and well-being, brought the need to keep the step with digital transformations and sustainability goals. All these changes can only be managed by a shift in the way we approach our mind. The mind may be both your best friend and worst enemy. 

The OWN Your Mind program increases the ability to approach life's obstacles with a positive attitude rather than a pessimistic one. It helps people to develop healthier behaviours and get rid of negative habits. The Program makes use of the Positive Intelligence paradigm and expertise.

Have you ever attempted something personally or professionally but thought that something inside of you prevented you from succeeding? 

That "something" is referred to as inner saboteurs. Saboteurs are the whispers in your head that cause you to feel bad when you approach life's daily problems. They stand in for the automatic thought, feeling, and behavior patterns in your mind. Your stress, anxiety, worry, doubt, annoyance, restlessness, and dissatisfaction are all brought on by them. Your performance, wellbeing, and relationships are all sabotaged by them.

Because we stop at insight rather than forming habits, most attempts at good change fail. Establishing brain pathways to create new habits through regular daily practice is necessary for sustained change toward a more optimistic outlook. 

And this program's design gives you the ability to do that. 

The approach focuses on creating neural pathways that result in durable new habits in order to produce long-lasting outcomes. This is "mental fitness" as a result.

Positive Intelligence is an operating system with many applications: Leadership, Performance, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Conflict Management .

You will learn about:

  • Saboteurs and Sage;

  • Saboteurs Intercept Muscle;

  • Self-Command Muscle;

  • Sage Muscle;

You will practice for 3 months the shift from Saboteurs to Sage.

You will be able to access a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.
